Holders of admission notice from any Universities are eligible for application. You may choose to check-in between June and September ( 12 months contract) . Students are required to pay 2 months of rent as deposit during application, and 12-month-payment before check-in. The 2-month-deposit will be used as deduction of water and electricity , internet and cleaning fees. Remaining balance ( if applicable ) will be refunded while check-out .
1. All applicants required to fill in the application form with university acceptance notice .
2. We will contact applicants through email within 5 working days.
3. Upon receipt of our email, please complete the whole application with confirmation and deposit on or before the designated time.
4. We will notify applicants by email once deposit is received. After that, applicants will need to come to Hong Kong to sign the tenancy agreement and make the full payment on or before the designated time.
5. In the absence of receipt of all relevant fees and signed agreement , Student Hostel HK will not make any commitment.
6. Residents will make a 2-month-deposit , plus a one-time annual payment of rent. Deposit will be used as deduction of water and electricity , internet and cleaning fees. Remaining balance ( if applicable ) will be refunded while check-out .
